I'm living in a rut, every day the same, it could, would, drive me mad, if it was permanent, but knowing it will only last a few precious months makes me appreciate the monotony of everyday life. Funny that.

Midweek, midmorning, would love to read the book I bought yesterday, "The Power of Now" by Eckhart Tolle. I've started reading it before, but I lost it somewhere in Australia or Asia but it's found it's way back to my life via Oxfam and now I'm keen to get into it again. But first there's work to be done.

I have a ticket. To India. And plans that takes me to Australia via Bali. That's the thing. As soon as I get that ticket, my mind can not stop thinking about traveling. It's there constantly, that yearning to get going. I read books about traveling, I daydream, and if someone came up to me and said "maybe we make a deal, maybe together we can get somewhere", I would not hesitate to go...

But, for now I am here, in London, and this is where I need to keep my head to, I want to fully appreciate these last few months here, anything else would be a waste. But when the rain is pouring down and it is cold and grey, it's so easy to drift away.

I'm back, in London, on the bolg. Spent Christmas and New Years in Sweden, had a fantastic time. But now I'm back in "the real world". Enjoying to not do anything at all. Work, yoga, books, friends, food. No grand plans. For a while anyway. If there was a "Like" button on my life right now, I would press it. Sofi likes this.
